élevé requires approximately 2–3 weeks for local orders and 4–5 weeks for international orders, depending on the article and production requirements.
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to embroidery, handwork, fabric availability, seasonal demand, or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery timelines begin after the order has been confirmed and all required details have been received.
Delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, strikes, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond élevé's control will not be considered a production failure.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination and order. For international orders, custom duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges, or other local government charges are the responsibility of the customer.
